I go down a lot of rabbit holes.
These are the things that have been worth coming back with notes about.
Some are tools. Some are people. Some are programs, products, wellness resources, or things that have genuinely made a difference for me.
This is where I'll keep them.
A quick note about affiliate links: Some of these are affiliate links, and I'm completely good with that. If I already use and love something and the company wants to pay me a little something when you try it too? Perfect. It doesn't cost you more, and nothing is on this page just because someone will pay me.
And no, I will not get you into network marketing. Unless you want me to. LOL.
WHAT I'M LISTENING TO
Full disclosure: I don't actually read these. I listen to them.
Sitting down with a personal growth book is a pretty reliable way to put me to sleep.
But the car? That's different.
One of the easiest shifts I made was paying attention to what I was putting in my ears. Sometimes that meant turning off the low-vibe music I'd been mindlessly listening to and putting on something that actually made me think.
These are the audiobooks that stayed with me. The ones that shifted something, gave me language for what I was experiencing, or made me see myself or my life differently.
And yes, this is why Audible is on my Apps I Actually Open list.

WELLNESS + THINGS I USE
Start here. Seriously. If you do nothing else, get the damn data.
Function gives you a full panel of 100+ biomarkers so you can actually see what's happening in your body.
I'm a big believer in knowing what you're working with before you start throwing supplements and prescriptions at problems you may not even have.
Test. Know. Then decide what actually needs your attention.
My go-to for longevity tools.
I trust the physician-backed telehealth model, I love the convenience, and most importantly, I trust the quality of the products I receive.
If I'm going to put something in my body, quality matters to me. This is where I go.
I originally came for the electrolytes.
They're still one of my main doTERRA orders, but I also get some of my everyday lower-tox products here, including deodorant and essential oils.
I even replaced traditional perfume with Balance Touch aromatherapy because I'm paying a lot more attention these days to what I'm putting in AND on my body.
THINGS I'VE LEARNED FROM
I started with The Choice Method.
Being in Tracy Litt's world has been a game changer for me.
If you've already spent years in the personal-growth space, feel like you've done all the things, understand the mindset work, and still find yourself wondering why you're basically standing in the same damn place, this is worth exploring.
These are two places to start.
This was my introduction to Tracy Litt's work and The School of Becoming.
If you've already done a lot of personal-growth work and are ready to look underneath simply changing your thoughts, start here.
Another way into Tracy's world.
I signed up for this after The Choice Method because I wanted to keep going deeper into the work instead of collecting another mindset shift and calling it growth.
BUSINESS TOOL I ACTUALLY USE
This is what I use to run the behind-the-scenes of Hey Lori. Website, scheduling, automations, email, and all the other shit I need in one place.
What I really like is that it's owned by real people who actually show up.
They have live weekly office hours, so when I can't figure something out, there's somewhere to go for help.
It's built on GoHighLevel, so if you already know GHL, it'll feel pretty familiar. If you don't, they're there to help you figure it out.
And if you're in network marketing, they work with a lot of network marketing companies and already have automations built for some of them, which can save you a shitload of setup.
APPS I ACTUALLY OPEN

This was the beginning of me learning that maybe I wasn't doing life wrong. Maybe I was just wired to be exactly who I am. It was one of the first places I started understanding myself instead of judging myself, and honestly, it helped me pop my shame bubble. You can get your Human Design reading for free, and if you want to go deeper, there's a paid subscription.
Start here
When you're ready to go deeper into astrology AND Human Design, this one is fun. I use it when I want to explore how all the pieces connect, confirm something I'm already feeling, journal on something, or just go down a really good rabbit hole.
Go deeper
If you're already in Tracy's world, get the app. There are trainings, practices, community, great meditations, and plenty of free things to explore too.
Get the app
Know what you're putting in AND on your body. Scan a food or personal-care product and Yuka gives you a quick look at the ingredients, rates the product, and can suggest cleaner alternatives. Because the front of the package can say whatever the hell it wants.
Get Yuka
My Sunday-morning astrology check-in. She's a little out there sometimes, which is part of the fun. I like listening to my weekly horoscope and seeing what's happening astrologically.
Check out Chani
Where I listen to basically all my books because if I sit down to read, I fall asleep.
Check out Audible
If you own a business and don't want to manually track your mileage, MileIQ has been a life changer for me. It runs in the background so I don't have to remember another damn thing.
Check out MileIQ
This one is so damn handy. Find a recipe on social media, hit share, save it to ReciMe, and now the recipe actually lives somewhere instead of disappearing into the abyss of your saved posts.
Check out ReciMeIN THE MEANTIME
I share a lot of what I'm learning before it ever makes its way onto this page.
A quick heads-up: Some links on this page may be affiliate links, which means I may earn something if you decide to purchase through them. I only share things I actually use, have experience with, or genuinely believe are worth knowing about.
