I did it backwards.

Or maybe there isn’t a right way to do this.

I did the mindset work. I changed the way I thought. I became more aware of myself, my patterns, and how I was moving through my life.

And I still didn’t feel good in my body.

My body needed to come with me.

    WANT MY WELLNESS NOTES?

I go down the rabbit holes anyway.

Labs. Hormones. Peptides. Food. What I'm putting in my body, on my body, and around my body.

The things I'm trying. The things I'm questioning. And the things I've decided probably aren't worth the hype.

    I'll come back with notes.

    I was already becoming her.

By the time that first photo was taken, I had already started the mindset work journey.

I was becoming more aware of myself, my patterns, and how I was showing up in my life. Things were shifting on the inside.

But physically? I knew I needed to feel better.

I started with what I knew: nutrition. I changed the way I was eating and lost about 10 pounds.

    And then I got stuck.

At the time, I didn’t know much about inflammation. I knew basically nothing about hormones. I wasn’t trying to “optimize” anything.

I just wanted to feel good living in my own body.

The weight changed. But that wasn’t the biggest thing.

After losing those first 10 pounds, I was introduced to peptides and GLP-1s.

And over time, the weight kept coming off.

But what surprised me most was how much better I felt.

The inflammation I hadn’t even realized I was carrying started to change. I had more energy. And because I had more energy, I started moving more.

Moving more changed how I lived. I became more active. I was sleeping better. I had more capacity for the life I was already working so hard to create.

One thing started affecting the next.

It wasn’t just about losing weight. It was about getting more of my life back.

Eventually, I wanted to know more.

Feeling better made me more curious, not less.

I had spent years getting the labs my doctor ordered, hearing that things looked “normal,” and still feeling like I wasn’t getting the whole picture.

Then a woman on our team told me about Function Health and the much broader look it could give me at what was actually happening in my body.

That changed the question for me.

    It wasn’t just:

    “How do I lose weight?”

    It became:

“What does my body actually need?”

Give me the information. Then I can make better choices.
